OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE:

Networking/Fundraising
Golf PlayDay: A full day of golfing with lunch, dinner, prizes and games.
Annual Raffle: Raffle tickets are sold at $100 each. The proceeds from ticket sales go to nine winners guaranteed. Prizes are from $200 - $3000. The Chamber retains the remaining monies to help fund general operating expenses.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:

This event is primarily a networking event for Chamber members and their guests. Two weeks prior to the event, if there are any unreserved foursomes, the community is invited to participate. Volunteers are always welcome to help with the games.

COMMITTEE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Committee prices and promotes the event, solicits golfers, hole sponsors, prize donors and volunteers. Committee insures a hole for hole-in-one prize. Committee sells Annual Raffle tickets. Committee selects menu, purchases door prizes and prepares necessary paperwork for golfing and other games.
